Michael Popok: 'Judge to Make MAJOR RULING On Georgia Prosecutor'

"A Fulton County criminal judge will decide in February whether Fulton County DA Fani Willis should be disqualified and the indictment against Trump and others dismissed, because of an alleged affair she is having with a special prosecutor on the case. Michael Popok of Legal AF explains why there is no ethical conflict, even if the allegations are true warranting that the Grand Jury’s indictment be dismissed, and that this falls into the category of another racist and misogynistic attack on a strong, black woman prosecutor, and political enemy of Donald Trump, leading to a feeding frenzy being led by Trump’s MAGA supporters in Congress."

Just to push back a little bit on what Michael Popok said about this motion against her by Donald Trump's lawyer in Atlanta: 

Popok said: "Well, it's the taking down of strong Black women season, apparently. And the latest victim is Fani Willis, Fulton County District Attorney... 

Apparently it hasn't occurred to Michael Popok that maybe Donald Trump's lawyers, don't want District Attorney Willis and her team supervising this case, because she and they are damn good lawyers. Think about it, Donald Trump and his co-defendants are under a racketeering indictment. She's made her career putting away gangsters in Fulton County. That's how Donald Trump operates as a Manhattan, white-collar gangster. And because he lost the 2020 presidential election, he took that way of doing business down to Atlanta and got caught.

The other ironic thing that I see here is that Donald Trump whose basically a career playboy, as well as white-collar conman and gangster, is also a playboy. The man has cheated on all his wives with multiple women. 

Fani Willis is not even married and the Trump lawyers are saying that she should recuse herself, simply for having an affair and implying that her supposed boyfriend, is only on the case, so she can bankroll him during this case. With of course no evidence whatsoever to back that up. But in MAGA World, evidence is like water in the desert. When you see it, you better grab it while you can, because you might be hundreds of miles way from your next opportunity.
