Some information that I found on Google, that doesn't seem to be attached to anyone. Sort of like people voting in private. Like in Congress. 

"In the TV show Dallas, Sue Ellen Ewing married J.R. Ewing for more than just money, but she did have other motives: 

Custody of her son

J.R. married Sue Ellen in an attempt to win back custody of their son and gain voting shares in the family oil company. 

To remain married

Sue Ellen decided to remain married to J.R. in name only after catching him cheating on her. 

To avoid a messy divorce

In one episode, J.R. threatened to have Sue Ellen taken to a hospital and divorced without receiving any money. 

Sue Ellen and J.R.'s marriage was tumultuous, with J.R. frequently unfaithful and dismissive of Sue Ellen. They divorced in 1981, remarried in 1982, and divorced again in 1988." 

I agree with the narrator of this video to a certain extent. Of course Linda Gray looks absolutely incredible in this episode. Of course physically, I mean she's Linda Gray. And when you think of Linda Gray, you should think of Jaclyn Smith, Raquel Welch, Jill St. John, Stephanie Powers, Lynda Carter, Catherine Bach, Pamela Grier, Jayne Kennedy, a few of the Hollywood goddesses of that era. 

But my broader point here is that Sue Ellen Ewing (played by Linda Gray) looks so great on this episode, because she looks like she's having a good time. She looks like she's having a good day and she doesn't look like she needs to pour an entire bottle of scotch or bourbon down her throat, perhaps hit a liquor joint and buy every bottle that they have and perhaps drink everything before she gets home, just to get through the day. She's looks happy in this episode, except when her husband John Ross (played by Larry Hagman) is around.

I give you all of that information about the relationship, perhaps agreement, that Sue Ellen has with John Ross (that's technically called a marriage) because in the Rodeo episode, Sue Ellen doesn't look like she's the Melania Trump of her generation, who marries a wealthy man, simply to have a kid, or multiple kids, knowing that she would never have to work for a living to support herself or her kids. Despite all the garbage that her husband throws at her, with the upfront verbal disrespect, as well as all the adultery. 

In the Rodeo episode, Sue Ellen looks like she's having a good day at the ranch, enjoying the rodeo, enjoying the company of the people there. (Except of course her husband) And since this is an episode about a rodeo, and this is Dallas, Texas, and Linda Gray is Linda Gray with that gorgeous, adorable face, and the beautiful long body, the TV world got to see her in those beautiful designer denim jeans, in boots, with the white blouse and leather vest.

This is sort of a follow up piece that I wrote on The New Democrat, about this appearance that comedians Norm MacDonald and Courtney Thorne Smith had on Late Night With Conan O'Brien. But I'm giving you additional images and another look at the video. 

Courtney T. Smith was obviously one of the big stars from FOX's hit prime-time soap opera Melrose Place, from the 1990s. She at this point was on all 6 seasons and was looking to move on from that role, as she told Conan in this interview and was looking to get into movies. 

I guess Chairman of The Board, was the only film that Courtney T. could get at that point and took it like a fish that had been out of the water for 3 weeks and jumped back in the lake. (Was Melrose Place really bad enough to give up for Chairman of the Board?) 

Well, you know what they say about hindsight. But Norm MacDonald with perhaps better foresight than Courtney, knew that this at least sounded like a pretty bad film, to the point that it even had the wrong title and called it Chairman of The Bored, during this interview. 

This was a pretty bad interview before Norm jumped in, because Courtney and Conan were stuck trying to talk about this film and her time on Melrose and why she was leaving. But then Norm jumps in and saves the interview (as they say) that you can see for yourself right here.

Emma Lover: Julia Roberts & Billy Crystal- America's Sweethearts (2001)

Just to give you a little background about the Kiki character (played by Julia Roberts) in this movie, hopefully before you watch the video: Kiki is a recovering food addict (or whatever the obese term is for alcoholic) a woman who lost 100 plus pounds and now looks like Julia Roberts. (I wonder why) Who tells Lee (played by Billy Crystal) "This is what falling off the wagon looks like" meaning her eating a tone of food in one sitting. 

Kiki's is the personal assistant of her sister (played by Catherine Zeta-Jones) who is a very popular actress in Hollywood. I mean if you are familiar with any of the Real Housewives shows, you have a very good idea of what Gwen (played by CZ Jones) is like: very attractive, but very narcissistic and when she can't get her way exactly the way she wants it, she goes out of her way to make others feel as badly as she does. 

So in this scene the latest argument between the two sisters is about Eddie (played by John Cusack) who just happens to be Gwen's husband, but they're separated. And now Kiki and Eddie are falling in love with each other and Gwen can't seem to handle that and takes it out on her sister Kiki and that's why Kiki falls off the wagon (as she said) because of her sister Gwen.

Until a few months ago when I heard about NBC's crime drama Life that was on in the late 2000s, I had no idea who the hell Sarah Shahi was. And then I searched that show online where she played a police detective on it. And then I saw this YouTube video of her at a Dodgers game several years ago not just throwing out the first pitch in that game, but acting like she was a janitor who just one a million dollar lottery or something and leaps into the arms of the catcher that she just threw the pitch. 

So I'm thinking Sarah Shahi is not just a beautiful, sexy cop (on TV) but a beautiful, sexy Los Angeles Dodgers fan as well, who I'm sure the Dodgers players and perhaps fans as well look forward to seeing her at all of their home games.

Just a personal note first: Have you ever seen a gorgeous woman or any woman in general, look better in Levi's and boots, then Marilyn Monroe? If you look at The Misfits movie you have about 40-45 minutes of Marilyn in dark wash Levi's denim jeans were she's either wearing a tank top of white blouse and about 10-15 minutes or so of Marilyn with a blue Levi's denim jacket as well.

And keep in mind, this movie was made in 1960 wear women weren't wearing tight jeans including Levi's on a regular basis at least on TV or in the movies. And you have this gorgeous, baby-faced adorable, blonde with a beautiful body in these dark wash Levi's and boots.

Women were barley wearing pants at all on TV and in the movies back then and if they were wearing pants at all, generally they were business pants. Tight jeans and boots for women especially that combo, didn't become common and mainstream for American women until the late 1970s with the designer jeans revolution. Marilyn was sort of like Catherine Bach ( who played Daisy Duke on The Dukes of Hazzard ) in The Misfits as far as style and looked gorgeous and sexy during the entire movie. 

As far as the movie itself, it wasn't a great movie. It was entertaining and at times pretty funny. But Elie Wallach who was one of the best actors at least of his generation and in this movies is right about the word misfits.

The four main characters in the movie including Marilyn, but also with Clark Gabel, Eli Wallach, Thelma Ritter, and Montgomery Clift, were basically all drifters who went from place to place and got involved in this or that. Gary Langland, ( played by Clark Gabel ) Guido, ( played by Eli Wallach ) and Pierce Howland, ( played by Montgomery Clift ) were all Nevada cowboys but they were part-time cowboys at this point. 

Roslyn Taber ( played by Marilyn Monroe ) and Isabelle Steers ( played by Thelma Ritter ) were even  bigger drifters than the cowboys. Roselyn was just recently divorced and not knowing where she was going from there and how where her life was going.

Isabelle was Roselyn's friend but perhaps even more of a drifter than Roselyn and just being with her friend to help her out and try to start over. They end up in Reno, Nevada and stop at a bar which is where they meet Gary and Guido and start to get to know each other. And they tell the two woman that they're cowboys which is where Roselyn gets interested and find out that Roselyn has nowhere to stay and Gary brings her back to his cabin. 

The Roselyn character is so sweet, adorable, and innocent in the movie. Idealistic and naive and overly idealistic as well. Expecting people to better than they actually are. Marilyn was literally the kid in the movie both figuratively and literally. With the other four main characters all having real world experience and knowing people for who they are.

The seen when they start to go rodeoing is a perfect example of that. Roselyn thinks that the guys there are just there to catch horses and then let them go for sport. When the fact is they're doing it for money and are going to sell the horses to people that are going to kill the horses and use them for meet to sell on the market. The only person in the group who is not aware of this going in. Like a kid. 

This is not Marilyn Monroe's worst movie and certainly not her best movie. I believe she physically looks her best in this movie along with The River of No Return where she plays a woman with a lot more experience and sense for the real world.

In The Misfits I believe Marilyn comes off as 15-16 year old little girl and not just because she was adorable enough enough to pass for a girl that young physically. But her character's personality in this movie is very immature and inexperienced. Good movie if you love gorgeous sexy women in jeans and boots and love cowgirls. But the movie itself leaves plenty to be desired.

June-Marie Liddy and I follow each other on Google+. I’ve followed her on YouTube for a guess a year or so. We haven’t met in person yet but, I’m pretty familiar with her online. And she does these videos about household chores and what she does around the house. And does them in tight denim jeans in boots and looks great in them as she’s doing this work. And more than willing to express herself physically as she’s doing this work. And gives guys a lot of rides (if you are familiar with the phrase) and a pleasure to check  out.

You can be sexy and substantive at the same time. You don't have to look like a nerd who eats TV dinners at home while reading a book every Friday night by yourself, or with another nerd you're involved with. While working at the library, or some laboratory everyday during the week.

Or look like a hooker who asks children for help in spelling the simplest basic words. You can have real substance and style at the same time, JM Liddy proves that.

Goldie Hawn: Housesitter (1992)

I’ll be one of the first to admit that Housesitter is not a great movie and perhaps not a very good movie. It was pretty funny though at least Goldie Hawn was pretty funny it, but I guess she’s funny in anything because she’s Goldie Hawn. One of the best comedians and comedic actress’s of all-time. But Housesitter is also one of those movies that guys such as myself will watch even if it’s not a very good movie, if it has a beautiful sexy women in it. And in Goldie Hawn’s case a hot sexy women in it. This scene with Goldie going up to rural Massachusetts to check out a house that she knew of because of a guy she slept with the night before that she met for the first time (played by Steve Martin) told her about this place. Which sort of shows the quality of this movie, is a perfect example of what I’m talking about.

Checking out Goldie in those Levis and the suede boots as well with the tank and the coverage of her in that outfit, with her body, the cute butt and the beautiful legs and everything, sort of reminds me of The Dukes of Hazzard where you don’t have to be a fan of that show to be a fan of Daisy Duke (played by Catherine Bach) on that show. Just seeing her in it and seeing her like that is really all the motivation to see that movie. Goldie Hawn is a true Hollywood Goddess. Very funny, a hell of an actress, gorgeous, baby-faced adorable, beautiful body, who wears Levis about as well as any women can. And if you get through lets say the first ten-minutes or so of Housesitter before Goldie appears, I believe she might keep you in the movie the rest of the way.

I think the guests that stick out with me from this video, are Paris Hilton. Because she’s only famous, because who her father is and a few failed so-called realty TV shows she’s been on and of course one of perhaps thousands of so-called celebrities that have done time in jail. And if you noticed Dave Letterman, there was nothing else he wanted to talk about with Paris. Why, because she’s not well-known for really anything positive and for any substance. She’s known as a heiress who probably lives off her trust fund from her father and has someone invest and manage that money for her.

The Joaquin Phoenix, is another standout. Joaquin, later apologized to Letterman for his appearance on that show. Hopefully he apologized for not bothering to shave, or getting a haircut, chewing the gum, the sunglasses, perhaps not bathing before coming on. Dave, was expecting to see Joaquin Phoenix and instead what they got was Jim Morrison’s twin brother from 1970. Some zen new aged hipster, who didn’t seem to have a care in the world, or know anything about anything that was going on in his life. Not the way you want to appear on national TV on The Late Show with David Letterman.

Heidi Klum, well because she’s Heidi Klum. Arguably one of the five best looking women to ever come from Germany, or be of ethnic-German descent. I like Steffi Graf and Catherine Bach, but that’s me. That whole setup looked planned to me and Heidi with the sense of humor that she has, probably planned the whole deal herself with Dave and Marty Short, being more than willing helpers with the so-called Heidi wardrobe malfunction. I believe that show was from 2007, just three years after the so-called Janet Jackson wardrobe malfunction at that Super Bowl.

Post-Johnny Carson, Dave Letterman to me is the best late night talk show host. And I think I like him the most because of damn straight candor. If he doesn’t have much respect for his guests, or his guests aren’t giving him much to work with and perhaps are acting like they want to be somewhere else, as you saw with Paris Hilton, who perhaps was late for her appointment with her dealer, or Joaquin, who looked like he just woke up from a ten-year coma, which would explain the shades and thick beard, Dave will let you know about it. Without actually telling you how he’s feeling.

Tom Polivka: Seinfeld Season 4: The Outing- A Reporter Believes Jerry and George Are Gay: Not That There's Anything Wrong With That

If you think political correctness is bad now and I sure as hell do, then go back to the early 1990s. When homosexuals, especially gay men were just coming out of the closet and just starting to appear on national TV in reality and fictional programming. Whether gay men were queens, or lets say passable as straight and straight people didn’t automatically think they were gay from meeting them, or talking to them, the level of tolerance for homosexuality and gay life, was better than it was in the 1960s or so, but not to the point it is now. Where an overwhelming majority of Americans don’t have a problem with homosexuality. Simply because they know gay people and are friends with them.

I call this Seinfeld episode, the Not That There’s Anything Wrong With That show. Because that phrase is used a lot in this episode and that’s the basic point of the episode. What Jerry and George are saying, is that they’re not gay and want to make that clear to anyone who’ll listen, because they’re not gay and they sure don’t women and potential dates thinking that they’re gay. But they don’t have a problem with gay people being gay. “Its alright if Joe is gay, but I’m not and that lifestyle is not for me.” Jerry Seinfeld and Larry David, the creators and producers of the Seinfeld show, went to gay rights groups and showed them the show ahead of schedule, to get it cleared by them.

There are several things I like about this show as a straight man and as a Liberal whose a strong supporter of free speech and strong opponent of political correctness. Which I see as a form of Far-Left fascism. That they made it clear that there’s nothing wrong with being gay, when the country was still fairly split on that and this episode came out in February, 1993. Same-sex marriage, is nowhere near the political radar and you could still get arrested for being gay in several states. But another thing, is that they took on political correctness directly, when political correctness is still fairly popular in America. And where any joke against any women, or non-straight person, or non-Caucasians, was considered bigoted. Because the political correctness crowd, even sees, “not that there’s anything wrong with that”, as homophobic, even if gay people don’t.

The other thing that I love about this episode, is actress Paula Marshall. She’s a beautiful, baby-faced adorable actress, whose like 27 at this point and playing a college student a journalism major. And she’s the one who taped recorded Jerry and George in the diner talking to each other pretending that they were gay and were a couple. Which is really how this episode gets started. Because she ends up interviewing Jerry and George in Jerry’s apartment, about Jerry’s career. And has already written her article in her college newspaper saying that Jerry Seinfeld is gay. And Jerry finds out about that and goes out of his way the rest of the show to prove to her that he’s not gay. Including inviting her over to her apartment for  a date.

More reasons why Shannen Doherty should’ve been on Charmed longer than she was. To go along with being the very beautiful and adorable, sexy wonderful actress that she is. She was clearly the best actress on that show.

And even though that show never had a great actress on it, they at least the original women on the show were all very good. Alyssa Milano and Holly Marie Combs to go along with Shannen are all very good, but Shannen was the best. And she also looked great on it and took chances with her wardrobe that unfortunately a lot of other sexy American actress’s wouldn’t have. Like in this video with the leather jeans and boots and wearing that outfit to work on the show.

Charmed, might have been the only prime time drama/comedy soap opera, that had their actress’s in leather jeans on a regular basis in the late 1990s and early 2000s in America. The show went on the air in 1998 and this episode is from the first season. Leather jeans on women at least, had a little run during this time. But the low-rise designer denim jeans for women came out in during this period.

And those denim jeans just got tighter by to the point in the mid 2000s sexy American women were now wearing skinny denims and skin-tight denims. And fell in love with them and wore those jeans everywhere, including to the office and out to dinner and everywhere else practically.

But on Charmed, you got to see beautiful sexy women in tight leather jeans. Skinny and skin-tight, at least in Shannen Doherty’s case. Because she has the body to pull the look and look great in them. And not have to worry about looking too thin or overweight in them. With her butt looking flabby, or belly sticking out. Or her crack sticking out when she sits down or stands up, because her body fit so well in those leather jeans.

And Shannen looked great in those jeans as a result. And it would just be nice if other shows like Charmed had the same sense of style for their actress’s as Charmed did. Because leather jeans when they fit right, look great on sexy women.

Harrie: Video: Dutch TV: Elle Van Rign in Leather Jeans: Second Edition

I don’t have a clue what Elle Van Rign or the other actors on this show were saying. I speak very little German and at best only enough to have an idea what people are saying when they’re speaking German. Let alone speak any Dutch other than Neder and Nederland, which translates into Dutch and Netherlands. Those damn English! Taking beautiful German and Dutch words and turning them into words that sound almost nothing like what they sound in their native languages. And completely anglicizing Germanic words. Whether they are German or Dutch. And I’m half-joking here, but that is a bit of an annoyance that I have with the English as a Germanic person of German descent.

But the Dutch actors on this show especially Elle Van Rign sounded very good whatever they were saying. But to be completely honest, I’m not posting this because I’m interested in learning Neder or Dutch. But because of Elle Van Rign and how she looked. As I said yesterday, leather jeans are fairly common at least with European women in Europe. Especially in Germany and France and Italy and perhaps Holland or Nederland as well. Maybe the women over there have better curves or better bodies, than they do in America. I doubt that, but they do seem to be more confident in their own bodies and how they present themselves in public, like on national TV. And this show is an example of that.

The thing or issue with leather jeans, especially skinny leathers, or skin-tight leathers, is that they’re more revealing than even skin-tight denim jeans or skinny denims. They highlight one’s physical attributes or flaws even more. That is why they’re probably not that popular in America. Because Americans tend to be somewhat sensitive with their private parts and it is harder to find the right leather jeans for one’s body. There’s also a cultural aspect to them where in America leather jeans seemed to only be for rockers or bikers male or female. And perhaps for Western culture. But in Europe, they’re considered mainstream trousers at least for sexy men and women. Like Elle Van Rign who has a great body for either leather or denim jeans.

It’s rare that you’ll see American women on TV and even in movies unless they are musical artists like rocker chicks, or biker chicks, wearing tight leather jeans, or leather pants in general. European women I guess are just more liberal when it comes to their wardrobes. Especially in public and perhaps more confident in how they look in leather. American women, especially sexy women, love seeing themselves in denim jeans of course and tight denims, skinny denims and skin-tight denims.

American women have made the tight skinny denim look not just popular in America, but around the world in general. But again its rare outside of rock and roll culture and biker culture to see women in tight leather jeans. Rocker women, tend to be more rebellious and more risk-taking than American women in general. But with European women on TV and in their movies, leather jeans probably not as popular as denim jeans in Germany, to use as an example, but they’re fairly common over there. Like with what see in this video with the hot baby-faced, but sexy actress Elle Van Rign. Who looks great in leather jeans.

There have been exceptions to this rule in America. Back in the late 1990s and early 2000s, the prime time soap opera Charmed had their women in tight leather jeans on a regular basis. Both Shannon Doherty and Holly Marie Combs wore them on that show and looked great in them. Because they’re both beautiful, but they also have nice legs and a nice butt. Which you must have to pull leather jeans off. Because they are more revealing than denim. And if you’re really overweight or, rail-thin, you’ll look even worst in leather jeans than even denim jeans or regular trousers. But leather jeans have never been very popular in America, as they are in Europe.

Thank God for Norm MacDonald otherwise this interview would’ve been about Chairman of The Board. That so far I’ve been a hundred-percent successful in not seeing. I guess they could’ve talked about Melrose Place which was a great show, at least the last two seasons of it that I saw. But Courtney was on the show to talk about Chairman of The Bored, I mean Chairman of The Board. I mean who would want to be Chairman of The Bored. You would constantly be chairing over people having trouble staying away at your bored meetings, I mean board meetings. But that was why Norm was there so they wouldn’t have to spend 5-10 minutes talking about the movie and having to listen to people snoring in the audience. Which would’ve been distracting for the audience. And losing people to more interesting things like PBS fundraising drives. And high school plays on public access TV.

Interesting video. Beautiful woman in skinny Met denim jeans, in suede boots, with a beautiful jacket, smoking a cigar. I understand the skinny jeans in suede boots look. I’m one of the biggest fans of that and one of the earliest fans of that when it came back into style in 2005. After disappearing when it came into style originally in the late 1970s as part of the designer jeans revolution.

It’s the smoking with a cigar and the need that some women seem to have to show themselves smoking in skinny jeans. I’m not a fan of smoking and I’m not a smoker, but that’s not what I don’t understand about that. It’s the fact that this is no longer the 1960s or 1970s, 1980s even. When you almost had to smoke at least in celebrity and entertainment culture to be considered cool.

Smoking has been going out of style since the 1990s or so with all the bad information that we have about the dangers of tobacco. And yet some women seem to think it’s cool to be seen smoking with jeans and smoking with jeans and boots. If you want to continue to look sexy in skinny jeans and boots, then give up the tobacco and you’ll make that easier, because you’ll age slower. Along with staying in shape.

Similar to River of No Return, The Misfits is a very entertaining and good movie, but certainly not a great movie. The writing is pretty cheesy even for the 1950s and early 1960s and especially for a movie that is an action/western movie. But is has a good plot and a great cast, with two women that are essentially drifters, at least in Marilyn Monroe's case who is just recently divorced and not knowing where she is going from there. And they meet two cowboys in a diner played by Clark Gable and Eli Wallach and find that they have things in common and decide to get together.

Marilyn Monroe's character doesn't have a place to stay and the Clark Gable character invites her to stay with him as a guest at her ranch and she more than keeps herself busy there and does a lot of work on the cabin really, a small cabin on a decent size lot of property. 

And Clarks's partner in the movie (played by Eli Wallach) tells him that there are available horses up to be rounded up, brought back and sold, but they need another man to do the job. And they take the girls played by Marilyn and Thelma Ritter to a rodeo to find their man and that is where they get Montgomery Clift character to help them out.

Marilyn as usual is as sweet and adorable as can be and plays someone who wouldn't step on a nat if if you gave her a thousand-dollars to do so. Clark Gable plays a veteran cowboy who is exactly that living the cowboy lifestyle and making his living rounding up horses and cattle. 

Eli Wallach plays a very similar character as Clark and Montgomery Clift plays a drifting cowboy along for the ride just looking for work. Thelma Ritter plays Marilyn's friend and tries to worn her about cowboys and how they live. Marilyn being somewhat lost, just looking to find her way and to be useful

The River of No Return is certainly not a great movie. It is a good movie, an entertaining movie, a fairly well-written movie with a good cast and Marilyn Monroe looks great in the movie. This movie was also ahead of it's time at least when it comes to women's fashion.

This movie takes place in the late 19th Century or early 20th Century and yet Marilyn is wearing tight Lee denim jeans in boots for about half of the movie. In an era where that was almost never seen from women. Back then women wore long dresses for the most part and nothing that showed a lot of their physical body.

Marilyn looked great in this movie, her usual hot sexy baby-face adorable sweet self. And this movie was very real to me in the sense that it wasn't about angels and devils. Robert Mitchum plays a single father in the movie who helps out a couple on the water having trouble with their boat. The man in this couple is a criminal or crook on the run.

His wife is Marilyn a sweetheart, but not someone without faults. But Mitchum is simply trying to help these people out and the guy screws them and takes his lone horse away from Mitchum and his son and his girlfriend stays behind with the man and his son. And now they are together trying to survive on the River of No Return with outlaws shooting at them.

I'm going to try to write this post without sounding like too much of an asshole, but no promises. Because I truly love, admire and have the utmost respect for The Great Elizabeth Taylor and that is exactly what she was. At least when she was healthy and sober and not starving poor countries because she couldn't control her appetite. Or denying the rest of the world alcohol because she would drink anything with a smell of alcohol in it. Like I said, no promises.

But again when she was on her game, you were talking about a beautiful baby-face adorable brunette, no matter how old she was, who was funny enough to go toe-to-toe with the great comedian, The King of Late Night  Johnny Carson. As you see in this video and when you lived the life that she did, which was exactly what she did, lived her life and didn't just be alive trying to please others with how she lived, but she lived her life with a lot of ups and downs because she took a lot of risks that came though for her and also backfired. And when you live like that, you leave yourself open for satire.

The only way Liz Taylor was the stereotypical actress, was with her personal life. That being such a great beautiful, adorable and funny actress I guess didn't bring enough fame for her and how she lived her personal life if anything made her just as famous. Marrying so many men, that there were lonely women in Los Angeles, gorgeous sexy lonely women in Los Angles. And in a lot of cases married and why was that, because all of those men were with Liz at least at one time or the other.

Sober healthy Liz, I don't think there is a better actress as far as delivery, personality, intelligence, sense of humor, wit, the woman had it all and is better than anyone else. And then you add the facts that she was again a beautiful, sexy, baby-face brunette who was about as sexy as any great biker or rocker chick you may ever see, as you see in this video in her late fifties and she was the definition of total package when it came to actress's. But when she wasn't sober and unhealthy, meaning overweight if not obese, you're talking about a verbal punching bag for comedians. What a life.

Billy Hill: 'Tattoo TV Episode- Questions For Danielle Colby Cushman'

I'm not a big fan of History Channel's American Pickers. But I am a big fan of Danielle Colby Cushman on American Pickers, who is way underused on the show. And basically treated by Mike Wolfe and Frank Fritz who own American Pickers, as a little girl who can't handle big responsibility. Danielle might be as cute as a little girl physically, but she's clearly a grown up, at least physically who can do more than just answer the phone and try to bring in new perspective clients for the business.

American Pickers is a real life business owned by these two guys, somewhere in Iowa, which could be said about a lot of towns in Iowa. Who find old pieces that people have had forever that still have value. And they try to buy them a a fair price and then try to sell them for profit. The guys do most of the traveling and picking, why cute Danielle stays at home so to speak, answers the phone and try's to find perspective clients and people that Mike and Frank can work with.

But the few opportunities that Danielle gets to hit the road, you not only get to see her knowledge for the business. Which granted is not as deep as Mike's or Frank's, but she has also hasn't been doing it as long. But you get to see her personality, her humor, how adorable she is physically and personally. And last, but certainly not least, her great body. Tall, curvy, athletically built women who fills out a pair of Levis denim jeans well enough to get her a modeling contract for Levis.

When I was growing up my favorite TV show was probably The Dukes of Hazzard. A CBS action comedy where everyone on the show met about every single stereotype both good and bad of what life and the people were like living in the country. It took place in a small county called Hazzard. Naturally with a police department that had two sometimes three cops including the sheriff who was named Roscoe. It had people with names like Daisy, Roscoe, Cletus, Enos, Cooter. 

Guest stars with people with names like Billy Bob, Billy Joe, Marly Lu. It had every two name, name you can think of. It had dirt roads, country music, car races and car chases. Great country food, with the fried chicken, mash potatoes, biscuits and gravy. Fast cars being chased by big police cars. A town where everyone knew each other and where the whole town knew when someone from out of town was in Hazzard.  

It had Pickup Trucks, farms, crooked politicians and cops, ignorant people who didn’t seem to know what they were doing. It had moonshine whisky, a county next door called Chickasaw that only had one cop, the Sheriff on the Police Force. And it had a lot of beautiful sexy women on it. Including Catherine Bach who played Daisy Duke. Forget about Jessica Simpson who played Daisy Duke in the movie Dukes of Hazard. She’s more qualified to play Sally Smith head cheerleader at Valley High, then to play a country girl. 

The hot, sexy baby-faced country girl was the perfect role for Catherine Bach on Dukes of Hazard. Because she was and actually still is gorgeous, baby-face adorable with a great body. Two of the best legs this country has ever seen, just like Tina Turner or Raquel Welch. She was very funny and even though she was (actually still is) baby-face adorable, could probably kick ass as well as he her cousins Bo and Luke Duke. Played by John Schneider. (Great last name by the way) And Tom Wopat the brains of the operation. And as adorable and sexy as Daisy was, you didn’t want to mess with here, because she could kick your ass and look hot doing it. In her famous tight denim jeans and shorts. 

And her tight denim jeans and cowgirl boots, Catherine Bach now has her own Denim Line. She was no Sally from the Valley, but a tough but adorable sexy country girl. Who could be sweet as candy until you messed with her. Catherine Bach will always be Daisy Duke and since she played that role perfectly. Unfortunately will always be typed cast, because its so hard to to think of anything else other than Daisy Duke when it comes to Catherine Bach.  But she has done other things and has actually has been very active and successful pre and after. Dukes of Hazzard and is someone who’s career should be looked at. To give her the type of respect she actually deserves. 

The original Dukes of Hazzard tv show, was and still is the Dukes of Hazzard, at least as far as I'm concern and as far as a lot other Dukes fans are concern as well. The recent movies and everything else are for a younger generation where everything that was around before they were even born or old enough to remember is considered, "like so yesterday and so over and needs to be changed for the new century. But there are reasons why sequels to great shows and movies tend not to be as good as the original. Because the original was done so well, that any new version of it looks like pretend or a copy.

Buddy TV: Anna Torv Talks About Fringe Season Five

I've never seen the show Fringe, except for a few minutes of its reruns that was once on a channel that is now called SCI, that use to be called Discovery Science. But I would like to see a few shows of it in the future, if for no other reason that to see Anna Torv in it. Because I gotta be honest, reading the synopsis of it online, was not an attention grabber for me. You would have to be either an X Files junky or a sci-fi junky in general, which I'm not to be into fringe.

Fringe is about this made up division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, that is run by the Department of Homeland Security. Well anyone in America familiar with the FBI and DHS, knows that the FBI is not part of DHS. So that is one problem for Fringe, but it gets worst for me. Because the Fringe unit so to speak on the show's job is to investigate the abnormal. Crimes that can't be explained, supernatural events. Which is just not my cup of tea.

I like cop shows and law enforcement show in general, especially if they involve detectives or other investigators, that are believable and based on realty. That is just who I am as both a Liberal and as a person that I'm into things that are believable and credible and go where the evidence takes me. And that is just not Fringe, but what Fringe looks like is another one of those trendy supernatural detective shows, part of that genre that the Sci-Fi Network and FOX made popular in the late 1990s and the last ten years.
